The demand for townhouses and brownstones in Brooklyn is at an all-time high, which is good reason why interested buyers should check out the free webinar, “Brownstones and Townhouses 102” on April 23 at 3 p.m.
“Now is the best time to buy a townhouse,” said Sephrah Towbin, licensed real estate salesperson for Corcoran. “It’s a good lending environment with interest rates at a record low.”
But where to begin? Towbin and panelists, who held a “Brownstones and Townhouses 101” webinar in January, will follow up with deeper dives into questions like:
How should I prepare to start searching for a townhouse to buy? When’s the right time to buy into the townhouse market — and when is the right time to sell? What are the different types of townhouses I should be aware of and how does that affect price?
On hand will be Towbin’s go-to partners: Peter Gleason, attorney at MMPS; Abigail Coover Hume, architect at Overlay Office; and Sam Allan, mortgage banker at Chase.
