i’ve never been one to mince words….but interestingly, even the real estate agent told me not to get excited about the property and that it wasn’t worth looking at!
the reason i say harlem is a better buy is that i think the near-term valuation story is better generally for harlem than it is for clinton hill or bed stuy. perhaps a controverisal view, but very defensible.
