Windsor Terrace's Kestrel 50 Percent Leased

The Kestrel in Windsor Terrace is now 50 percent leased, according to a spokesperson, who also sent along the above photo of a new model apartment furnished by BoConcept. The eight-story, 126-unit new building at 33 Caton Place kicked off leasing in September.

Units currently on the market start at $2,162 per month for a one bedroom, $3,102 per month for a two-bedroom, and $4,809 per month for a three-bedroom — and are available immediately.

The building was designed by Luca Andrisani Architects and is less than two blocks from Prospect Park.
