Also, they claim this is 609sf when it is obviously barely 400.
Why, why, why do I read the comments on Curbed? I remember now why I rarely visit that site.
Anyhoo, I think this place looks swell.
bklynite, I might be wrong, but with LEED I think they just give you points for the green stuff and don’t deduct for the stuff that isnt.
Interesting that a space like that, with its obvious heating and cooling inefficiencies, can be LEED certified (gold is it?).

BHO, do you know how much off peak the Forte ended up going for when they finally got all the contracts signed?
Its great to have those views, but what good is a view with dirty windows, will the building provide window washers, because they certainly look like they do not tilt in for ease of cleanning…..
I just hate with a passion dirty windows, it makes me cringe.

It’s nice, but am really let down by the real pics versus the renders that they were flaunting on their site. Compare the pics of the pool, library, and ‘roof garden’ to the site renders. When you factor in its location and prices, its a bit less of a slam dunk.
I wonder if it’ll perhaps meet a similar fate as Forte.
