The Arias is More Than 60 Percent Rented

Here’s an update on the massive 4th Avenue rental The Arias, which was half-rented last month: The building is now more than 60 percent leased; initial move-ins are scheduled for July; and all amenities and construction will be finished in about two weeks. Rents start at $1,800 for studios, $2,200 for one bedrooms, and $3,100 for two bedrooms. Update: A rep updates us that there are currently no studios available, with 1BR’s starting from the $2800’s, and 2BR’s from the $3800’s.
