We hear from a reader that things are moving apace at one of the larger new Williamsburg condos, 125 North 10th Street. The first closing letters went out last week, and the DOB has blessed it with a temporary certificate of occupancy. According to StreetEasy, 38 of the Scarano-designed condo’s units are in contract. Meanwhile, 25 are on the market, with prices running from $595,000 for a 756-square-foot one-bedroom to $1.1 million for a 1,149-square-foot two-bed.

  1. Well it’s nice to see they finally took the scaffolding down, as this block has been a warzone for about a year. If I was going to pick the lesser of 2 evils on n10th – i’d pick the ones off of Roebling.

  2. Iron Maiden is right about one thing there, Ozzie’s coffee is crappy ! I can see the Argyle reaching 70% sales already. Not saying it’s a definite but just wouldn’t be suprised.

Would be interesting to see the % sales of the Novo, Crest and Heritage compared to the Argyle. Heritage gets my vote for best new development. Parking Spaces and the apartments are really nice.

  3. yes it says “over 70 percent sold” on the banner. but if you take out a telescope and look closely you will see what it says underneath that in small print. go ahead and look.
i have no idea what it says, but im thinking it says something. in like yellow colored font on white background to boot.

  4. maybe this is why the “affordable” apts are not selling –

    Sales Price Studio (10)
    $348,480 – $382,272

    Approximate
    Minimum Income *
    $73,510 – $104,881

    Maximum Income
    $138,255.00

does this mean I can get section 8?
