Sales Officially Launch at 650 Bergen

The new nine-unit condo development at 650 Bergen in Prospect Heights launched sales last Friday, as first reported by BuzzBuzzHome. The two- and three-bedroom apartments range from 1,555 to 2,418 square feet. Two units are on the market so far: There’s a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a private yard for $1,600,000 and a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath one with private yard and patio for $1,700,000.

Features include white oak floors, central air, laundry rooms, white Caesarstone kitchen counters, walk-in showers, marble mosaic tiles and radiant heated floors in the master bath. Halstead is marketing the condos, which are spread across three different buildings with separate entrances.
