Lockhart’s crew has the goods got the goods from blogger Set Speed on the mayhem surrounding the condo sales over at 70 Washington in Dumbo. The post quotes a Two Trees Management employee who says that the first 140-odd units “sold so fast, we haven’t even had time to count the exact number or enter them in the computer. We have piles and piles of signed contracts and checks for the 10 percent deposits that are required.”
