  1. 11217 is probably going to wake up any second, log on, and scream at us all saying we’re all whiners and we think they are too high cuz we cant afford it.

  2. I agree…all of them are overpriced. Folks can’t afford those prices. Plus the neighborhood doesn’t warrant such high prices. I love Bed-Stuy…went to school there and I currently attend church in the neighborhood but I would not pay those prices in Bed-Stuy.

  3. I think these prices are extremely optimistic, to say the least. 1 bedroom duplex with garden is the only one that sounds reasonable at $1400, since it includes the garden and is a duplex. I think the immediate neighborhood’s not great though.
