This isn’t the first time we’ve gawked at 240 78th Street, a tricked out mansion in Bay Ridge. It was a HOTD in August, and now a single room has been put up for rent at the place. Apparently there’s a two-bedroom apartment within the home and the owner is looking for a roommate. The listing says: “The room is massive and has a queen sized bed, couch, and flat-screen TV, with private en-suite bathroom and its own walk in closet. There is also an immaculate shared chef’s kitchen and washer/dryer.” Best part? Full use of that pool. The monthly rent is $1,250, a little easier to swallow than the $3,950,000 price tag for the whole home.
