This Park Slope one bedroom at 88 Prospect Park West strikes us as a crowd-pleaser. The renovated kitchen seems top-notch, there’s a nice outdoor space (we’re guessing it isn’t private, though), and the space looks very well maintained in general. Can’t beat that location, either. The asking rent comes in at $2,600 a month. Thoughts?…
