Sadly, this second-floor two-bedroom at 769 Greene Avenue in Bed Stuy has been stripped of much of its historical details. All that’s left are some big windows and a fireplace, otherwise the place isn’t big on personality. (Love the exterior, though!) The rent comes in at $1,700/month, still high when you consider it’s a decent walk to both the G and J train.
