  1. Three legal bedrooms, with light and air? One at the back next to the kitchen as shown, with tow more off the front windows, that leaves the middle living room windowless. Part of the rent inflation problem?

I live very close to this, and while i can say living facing Flatbush Ave is a drawback, that’s a pretty good price for a 3 bedroom, assuming it is a true 3 bed, and not just one of those, say, convert-the-living-room-into-a-third-bedroom deals. Blessings cafe on the next block over is tops! and you can’t really beat being that close to the park and subway. seriously. The express stop at Church ave isn’t too far away either–there’s an entrance on Caton just off Ocean ave.
