Rental of the Day: 66 Water Street

This one bedroom at 66 Water Street has classic Dumbo appeal: It’s spacious and loft-like. Obviously Dumbo is one of Brooklyn’s pricier ‘hoods, but the monthly rent of $4,000 a month still gave us sticker shock. It’s a short-term rental that comes furnished, but is this really what one bedrooms are going for now in Dumbo?
