How much would you pay for a townhouse triplex right off of the park? This apartment, at 597 5th Street, is asking $10,800 a month. The listing photos reveal some very nice details, but there are no pictures of the kitchen and bathrooms. There’s no access to the yard, but there is access to the unfinished basement for storage and whatnot. There are four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.

You don’t get access to the garden apt or yard. That’s pretty ridiculous for 10 grand. You get to hear your landlord/owners enjoying the back yard with the expensive food and drink your rent is supplying. Very nice.
Seriously. It’s 3 floors over an unfinished basement. Looks like that means you have the whole house. Why would’t you have yard access?
