Rental of the Day: 58 Midwood Street

This rental at 58 Midwood got a lot of love from commenters when we featured another PLG rental last week. It is indeed a unique and beautiful space and it was asking $2,250 a month. We don’t love the kitchen set-up but the tile, the wood and the duplex configuration all check out in our book. Looks like it’s been rented as of this morning, but you can still see the photos on the listing. How much do you think they got for it?
