Great space, but I can tell you with certainty the train noise is significant. I lived one door away at 39 Pearl in the early nineties.
Enjoy the construction site next door where the new townhouses are going up. Not that the construction noise will even very audible over the rattle of the bridge 50 yards from your windows.
now this is a real open concept. it is a big space and can handle the living, dining, and kitchen…..all together.
