Rental of the Day: 49 Willow Street, #1B

You’re not going to get much cheaper than $1,295/month for a decent-sized studio in Brooklyn Heights. This unit at 49 Willow Street looks nice enough, especially for the price. Maybe there’s a catch, though, considering it’s been on the market since June. The unit won’t be live-in ready until January of 2012 (why such an early listing?) so perhaps that’s it.
