Wow. This three-bed/three-bath duplex at 49 South 1st Street in Williamsburg is sweet. Not only has it been expertly renovated (no surprise that we love the exposed ceilings and wide plank floors), it comes with a fantastic garden (fireplace and grill included!), a garden studio, and a fully finished basement. There’s also a soaking tub in the master bedroom. Pretty impressive, to say the least. Think it’s all worth the $7,495/month rent? A hefty $14,990 is required up front.
