OK, i know this faces the expressway in full view but still looks like a good deal. Are they offering full backyard use (or shared use)? Pics show door leading to yard. If so, i’d be there right now looking at it. And furnished?
There seem to be many possible “yesses” to offset the location (backyard would make it a no brainer). Also halfway proximity between the new greenwood heights hotspot and south slope 7th ave.
