Man, this one bedroom at 457 State Street is nice. It strikes us as a great balance between newer features and historical touches. Cute kitchen, too! The apartment is on a stretch of State Street that remains very quiet and neighborhoody despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Flatbush Avenue. For this space, the monthly rent of $2,200 doesn’t seem crazy at all. Do you agree?
