Can this kind of place really rent for $6000/month?
Because I browse listings of Victorian Flatbush places that are around/under $1,000,000 (the 5-bedroom range) and about this size, and an $800,000 mortgage runs about $4K a month.
So that’s still one hell of a mark-up.
