The kitchen looks standard for a rental, and has a built-in microwave and dishwasher. The bathrooms aren’t pictured, which hopefully means they’re being renovated. What do you think of it for $2,900 a month?

So a person has to make about 6 figures 40x rent which comes to 116,000 to live there huh. Pretty penny.
This house is also part marble like the houses on Decatur. Same developer…
I think paying $2900 on 116K would suck, actually.
