This two-bed, two-bath is up for rent at Williamsburg’s Schaefer Landing. The kitchen is very nice, but it sure isn’t big. There looks to be plenty of space throughout the rest of the apartment, though, and the listing says square footage comes in at 1,133. Those south/east/west exposures, doorman and roof deck wouldn’t be so bad either. Asking rent: $3,250/month. Thoughts?

This complex looks very nice from the ferry, but I would need to really look at transportation options before deciding to live there. There must be a nice garage in the building so for someone who drives to work this would be ideal. The apartment does look nice and the views must be spectacular.
