This five-bedroom, 2.5-bath triplex is the upper unit in a townhouse on the Bed Stuy side of the border between Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy (not Clinton Hill, as the listing claims). Although narrow (the building is only 16 feet wide), it’s on a corner, so there are lots of windows to help open up the space. The apartment was renovated five years ago, and the renovation seems to have left quite a few original details such as a mantel and moldings, although the floors are new. What do you think of it for $5,000 a month?
