There’s a decent amount of retail and development activity in the works on the western stretch of Putnam Avenue at the moment, so it’ll be interesting to see how that affects the rental market there. This two bed, one and a half bath at 43 Putnam is asking $2,500/month. It’s a pretty run-of-the-mill apartment, with a kitchen that could probably use some help. Despite the growth in the nabe, the rent still seems a touch high. Agree?
