Is this a whole floor in a brownstone in a prime south slope spot for $2.400? I couldn’t see if it was partial or whole floor from the listing. That seems like a great deal to me in 2012. Sweetwolf single origin espresso close by, 7th ave restaurants a stones throw away – not bad. I like 6th ave south of 13th street. Why are people listing these things so low?
