This is a two-bedroom that’s FRBO in Clinton Hill’s Graham Home for Old Ladies, a handsome building with an interesting past. While the interior lacks historical charm, the unit looks very well kept, and we’re especially fond of the kitchen. The master bedroom, on the other hand, looks like it’s on the small side. Think the $2,850-a-month rent sounds about right?
