Here’s a big loft that’s up for grabs in an industrial building at 302 Butler Street in Gowanus. The pictures make the 2,500-square-foot, four bedroom (with only one bath!) look pretty raw. It’s listed for $5,500/month. Can you think of a setup in which this would make sense, price-wise? Maybe live-work tenants?

  1. This posting isn’t accurate. I know this building. Its not zoned for residential, but rather, commercial and its 5000 sq ft, not 2500 sq ft, priced at 5000.00/mo. Also, there are 2 bathrooms and there are no interior walls, so its completely raw space. There aren’t even electrical outlets on the walls yet. Im not sure where they get the 4 bedroom configuration from. The link to the Gramercy Partners Real Estate web site in this article contradicts the information that is listed here.
