I loved it when I had it for about four years at $1400 a month, until about two years ago. Landlords are fair, nice even, hands-off. Floors are just painted plywood–it’s a rough space. It’s only 8 feet wide except for the kitchen part. NOt sure why they fenced in the trash cans, that seems like a pain.
