This two-bedroom floor-through in Prospect Lefferts Gardens is unusual for having two bathrooms rather than merely one. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are renovated, and one has a jacuzzi tub and a skylight. The bedrooms look like they could use some work, such as replacing the carpeting with hardwood.

It’s only a few blocks to Prospect Park and the 2/5 trains at Sterling Street. But despite the second bathroom, the price for the 975-square-foot pad seems a little ambitious to us. Do you think it will rent for $2,400 a month?
