Rental of the Day: 16 2nd Street

This house up for rent at 16 2nd Street in Carroll Gardens is an interesting find. The kitchen looks a little sterile to us, but otherwise the renovation is straightforward and appealing. (Love those wood floors on the lower level!) There’s also an option to rent it furnished. The monthly price tag of $12,000, meanwhile, is in line with other townhouse rental prices in the area.
