Henry Street is one of our favorite blocks of Brooklyn Heights, and for this two-bedroom floorthrough at 139 Henry Street, the location is its greatest strength. There are some nice details in the living room but the listing’s missing photos of the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. We are, however, promised an “oversize bathroom with large cast iron tub.” The asking rent is $4,750 a month with no broker’s fee. Is that what it costs these days to live on the leafy streets of Brooklyn Heights?
