wow these condos in condoburg sure command a good price – this is not even on a great block (although the park across the street is getting nicer (safer) than before
How much less do apartments in old brownstones in the area command?
For a similar sized apartment with garden in an old brownstone (obviously hard to compare because they have totally different styles) but it would have a much lower rent no?
