The building has plenty of amenities, including an indoor pool, a fitness center, a kid’s playroom and a library/reading room. It’s about three and a half blocks from the Greenpooint Avenue G stop.
What do think of a one-bedroom here for $3,115 a month?

This building is a poorly maintained dump. Seriously. Renter beware.

i looked at two bedrooms here a few years ago. paper thin walls / cooking/smoking odors – elevator was out of service…amenity spaces smelled of mildew. did my due diligence and lots of stuff on the web from disgruntled tenants with numerous issues not resolved by management.
that said – i just googled and looks like bldg has new owners – so maybe it’s not so dumpy anymore.
