Rental of the Day: 70 Washington Street

We’ve featured both rentals and condos) before at 70 Washington Street in Dumbo and they’ve all had something in common: a modern lofty vibe that comes with a hefty price-tag. This penthouse rental from the Brownstoner Marketplace isn’t breaking any stereotypes. We like this design a lot and think the terrace is downright drool-worthy. The one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit ain’t small at 1,072 square feet, but we wish that bedroom was a little larger. The monthly rent: $4,800. Thoughts?
