This three-bedroom rental comes from the Warehouse building in Williamsburg at 198 Roebling. The interior design doesn’t break the mold of what you expect from other developments in the neighborhood, but there is a lot of space in here. The master bedroom is nice and big and that basement is a plus. (But from the looks of the floor plan, it appears they’re counting the basement as the third bedroom—don’t they know that’s a no-no?) If this was a three-bedroom unit with the basement we’d call it a great deal. Since it’s not, we feel less enthusiastic about the $4,000-a-month rent, though given the space, this could make a pretty sweet two-bedroom share with a killer rec room in the basement. What do you make of it?

Well – considering my old apartment which had a similar layout (1 bedroom over full finished basement that we used as a 2nd bedroom) got $2,800 after being on the market for 1 day last summer – an extra 1,200 for another bedroom and bathroom seems reasonable.
Something this size in the luxury rental bldgs would be $5,500+

It looks like they’ve got some pics in that listing that aren’t actually this apartment specifically the kitchen photos. In one there’s a spiral staircase, in the other it’s not there. I’m guessing it must be an identical unit above this one.
Either way this looks like the perfect apartment for 3 production assistants to share. You can see the PRB cans on the counter already.
