Get a load of those windows! While the modern finish in this three-bedroom rental at 60 State State feels a tad uninspiring, the window configuration in the master suite and living room are really something to drool over. Other perks: private landscaped roof deck, new kitchen, a private storage room and a parking garage (which will set you back $400 a month.) Overall seems like sweet living in Brooklyn Heights. This was listed as $5,600 and then immediately upped to $6,000 a month. Thoughts?

Seems pretty cheap even at $6k given that this is a family size apt with outdoor space and option to park on site

Owned by a couple of gay guys with an incredible tchotchke/americana collection.
This was on sale earlier this Feb for some crazy amount of money — if memory serves me, it was something on the order of 22x this rent. The roof deck is pretty nice, but if I recall, the weird slanted glass in the bedroom is cracked and leaks.
It might as well be in Jersey with it’s tacky ‘renovation’.
