Why does the condo own 2 units in the L line? Or do you mean that the developer owns them (as opposed to the condo association)?
who would buy some of the over-priced rehabbed SRO units we see here when they could rent this? This is lovely.
There were two disappointments for me in this building.. First, the gym is a little dungeon. Second, the bank lobby is not the entrance even though it was prominently featured in the advertisements. You go in an unassuming side door to a lobby that could be any old place. Oh, and the third is the neighborhood of strip mall stores which will never change. The renovation was definitely quality, but there remains the problem of the sink in the center island — the sponge in the living room.
i was gonna ask- any idea on what corcoran would charge for a broker fee?
Considering how much money Corcoran stands to make from this listing, you’d think they could at least spell everything right.
785K/(3,850 x 12) = about 16x. Yup. It’s “that one”, babs.
Yes, NYGuy7, awesome pads with awesome kitchens.

I was just in this building for the first time last weekend and luxury it is. The kitchens were amazing. I made mine look like a cheap college rental by comparison. Even the hallways in the building were really nice.
The bedroom has wall and column in it, and the other bedroom has all these zig zag corner walls…..hard to place bedroom furniture.
views great, layout, half and half.
Much better. And I agree, that rent is cheap comparatively speaking. That square footage is the L line of the building on floors 9 – 17, though we don’t know what floor this is on. 9L and 13L are owned by the condo, but the others all sold for $925K – over $1 million, with the exception of 15L, which sold in February for $785K – someone got a deal. My guess is that it would be one of the condo-owned units or that one.
