This listing is for two different one-bedroom apartments, both in 843 Carroll Street and renting for $1,750/month. The photos show plenty of details, but the use of the word “cozy” gives the impression that the bedrooms in either may be on the smaller side. Regardless, you’d be right at the park on one of the most lovely blocks in the Slope. Gas and electric are included. What say you?

  1. The kitchen solution is a microwave cart with a cutting board or granite top (oven goes underneath on shelf).

JFC people we’re not building rockets.

Great location and price, will have signed leases by mid-week. Seriously.

  2. I live in a small apt, so I can safely say… those kitchens are practically useless. I know that people in “houses” or large apts think that people in small apts don’t cook, but they are wrong.
If you can afford to eat out every day, you might as well get a bigger place (or, at least a bigger kitchen).

  3. > If the bedrooms are 10′ x 10′ then it is gouging.

Don’t be silly. It’s a single window width room, so probably more like 7 x 10.

Counterless kitchen or not, this place will likely go quickly.

  4. Nice building and nice (if small) apartment. The price is a bit high if the apartment is too small to be truly functional (ie. not enough room in the bedroom for a queen-size bed, and no counter space at all in the kitchen.) At least it looks clean and pretty, with good light. I’m with DH, I’ve seen worse.
