The kitchen solution is a microwave cart with a cutting board or granite top (oven goes underneath on shelf).
JFC people we’re not building rockets.
Great location and price, will have signed leases by mid-week. Seriously.
Seems high by $150-200, at least. Or else I am getting an unconscionably good deal in my place.
thanks snark. OK, its not as nice as I thought. I dislike half-floor units. No ventilation.
I live in a small apt, so I can safely say… those kitchens are practically useless. I know that people in “houses” or large apts think that people in small apts don’t cook, but they are wrong.
If you can afford to eat out every day, you might as well get a bigger place (or, at least a bigger kitchen).
I was assuming this one was a bedroom:

Oh wait, they faked me out, the photos of the “bedroom” and the Living room” are the same room. I don’t see floorplans.
> If the bedrooms are 10′ x 10′ then it is gouging.
Don’t be silly. It’s a single window width room, so probably more like 7 x 10.
Counterless kitchen or not, this place will likely go quickly.
I know places like this and at this price go very fast… This part of PS people really want to be in small are not.. This apt will be gone next week.
Nice building and nice (if small) apartment. The price is a bit high if the apartment is too small to be truly functional (ie. not enough room in the bedroom for a queen-size bed, and no counter space at all in the kitchen.) At least it looks clean and pretty, with good light. I’m with DH, I’ve seen worse.
