Don’t understand the price.
What are those things supposed to be on the outside that look like orange horns? They always catch my eye and make me smile.
I just don’t know why when they make these apartments they don’t install windows that are easy to clean from the outside.
Whats the sense of floor to ceiling when they are dirty and grimy???
I’m pretty sure I can rent a nicer 1BR in a nicer part of Manhattan for that kind of dough. Oh, I forgot. Manhattan is over…
I think the rent is too damn high. My rent is comparable for a larger 2 bedroom / 2 bath in Brooklyn Heights, and I have a private garden . . . that isn’t ON THE BQE / BROOKLYN BRIDGE ON RAMP.
