PH, excellent call. Yes, that appears to be the Pres St. corner of the building (on PPW between Pres and Union).
Yeah, that’s not the right exterior shot. 7 PPSW is one of those “sister” red brick buildings a little down from the circle. Anyway, that rent is too high for the area IMO. Most 2 BRs in Windsor Terrace are still around/under $2,000, and this is just a 1 BR with office.
Am I missing something about how to find the floor plan?
Oh, and PH, so that is not even the Windsor Terrace building (Union and PPW). What?
would like to see the floorplan, but it appears to be simply a one-bedroom. Overpriced.
Where did you get that exterior shot? That exterior shot is Union Street and PPW…..
these extra little nooks of one bedroom apartments getting touted as an office are starting to get obnoxious. a nook where you stick a computer should not double the amount the apartment is worth!

Looks like they are unzipping the corner brick to get at the corner column. Typical repair. Shows that the building is responsible about maintenance.
Seems pricey – what do 2 bedrooms go for at 1 PPSW? is that even a valid comp?
