This one-bedroom rental by owner comes from the co-op building at 360 Clinton Avenue. Everything looks to be in good shape and the walls are getting painted if magenta isn’t your color. At 725 square feet, it’s sizable for a one bedroom, but the rent of $1,875 may be pushing the envelope. Still, you get a doorman, laundry room, and a very convenient Clinton Hill location. What do you think?

about $150 overpriced, maybe more.
The “kitchen” is ridiculous for a space as large as that… that’s the kitchen of a 350 sq ft studio.
Otherwise seems like a good location. The price tag is silly, but it’s probably pretty close to the silly “going rates” around there. The ground floor isn’t great… and could be a deal breaker. On the street side? Aack! On the backside? Is there a public garden/terrace back there? Uggh.
