This one-bedroom apartment comes to us from Sunset Park, at 5803 6th Avenue. We wish there were more pictures, especially of the kitchen and bathroom, but that is quite a lovely backyard and sunroom. Methinks it can’t really be 5 rooms plus sunroom, or they’d be calling it a 2-bdrm. They are probably considering that large living room with room for a dining table two rooms. (That would make my living room 3 rooms, as it is divided into 3 areas via furniture, much like in the picture here.)
The person who rents this, at whatever price, will be doing it for the garden.

I’m paying $1475 with utilities included for an entire floor of a brownstone with a backyard on 47th st.
This is insanely overpriced.
i pay $600 for a studio with a backyard like 4 blocks from here. No way they get more than $1400 for that space.
Rentometer says 1825 is too damn high for a 1BR in that area. But factoring in the garden, sun room, W&D, maybe not as ridiculously high.
