Well, it’s available furnished too and judging by their furniture you could do a lot worse.
Sorry 11217… you will NEVER convince me that paying $80k a year for your housing ALONE is acceptable. Well, not until it’s 2035 or so.
Yeah, seems high to me, but there’s a real shortage of nice 3br apts in the Slope, so there you have it.
Maybe you’ll start realizing soon that this is what people for nice family sized apartments instead of bitching about it year after year after year.
