Rental of the Day: 60 Pineapple Street
For a one bedroom, this co-op rental at 60 Pineapple Street looks pretty big, and it sports two bathrooms. However, it’s only a three-month, furnished sublet, so you couldn’t do any redecorating. That said, it includes amenities like cable and internet. The rent is $3,200 a month. Thoughts? 60 Pineapple Street [FRBO] GMAP P*Shark

Actually that website only had 26 furnished apartments in NYC.
“But if you want a nice furnished place for months, how many options are there?”
At that price, not many, the ones DH listed either don’t have any prices listed or start around 4,400 a month for a studio! Not exactly comps.
I like the couch.
Way overpriced … what are they thinking?

It’s like lipstick on a pig, except they forgot the lipstick.

This is just stupid.
Scott, 2300 rent – yeah, who cares. 3200 rent – maybe one expects something nicer.
