Yeah, what’s up with that?
Since when did a 700 sg ft. one bedroom suddenly become tiny?
I understand this site will hype anything, and that it is hardly omniscient… but this makes me think you’ve completely lost your marbles. How could it possibly be worth featuring, for $2K, a small box of an apartment with nothing interesting to recommend it; in a buildings whose tenants report shoddy construction (their floors sinking already, wavy floors, chips in the granite counters when they moved in, poor sound control), delayed completion of construction on amenities, which may or may not be finished and COMPLETELY unreliable developers/owners, who this very site has reported for engaging in the same shenanigans in the past; and for the privilege of living bordered by the BQE off-ramp on one side of the building, a huge intersection of Tillary in front of you, and a fire station and several homeless shelters across the street?
Really, every time I pass this building I am shocked at how crazy people have to be to live there.
could it be any smaller????
It’s a 10min walk to DeKalb.
Despite the faint rumbling and views of the BQE, it’s only .8 miles to the closest subway…
