Oddly, all of the units in this building with terraces are duplexes.
I’m guessing this is probably a sublet, since the sponsor appears to be selling off all his/her remaining units as they become available.

Ah, it does have a half bath and one full bath. Only one bath was the only complaint I would make. From the balcony pictures it looks like it’s on a the lower level is on the first floor so maybe carpet not required for noise. Comes Furnished or unfurnished seems odd. Maybe some room for rent negotiation unfurnished.
Oh, I almost forgot… I’m pretty sure the co-op board for this building are Bloods. So if you’re a member of the Crips or are unwilling to murder rival gangs, this might not be the building for you.
Yeah — I’ll take my building with no swimming pool and no bugs. Now, if I could only figure out how to get one of these 2-bedroom duplex with patio units for the same price I’m paying for my 1-bedroom with no patio… There must me a way!!!
There’s a pool at 415 Stratford Road which is rental apartments two parallel blocks West. That building isn’t so great and has been reported on the bed bug registry!
