Let’s see, the lot is 35′-wide, there are 2 units on the ground floor, with a center staircase to access the upper units. That center staircase has to be at least 6′-foot wide, so each unit cannot be more than 13 or 14′-wide (inside dimensions.) On the front, one solid door and one window, and in the back, if you believe the pic, another window.
Does it really only have 2 windows?!
cool space. i don’t think the brick, red paint and furniture are helping it feel any less dark.

I’ll take the 1BR rental on Clinton Avenue with 5 windows for $1,750. This feels narrow and dark, with just one window on each end.
