The co-op application fee is paid by the owner and all utilities are included in the rent. It’s listed for $1,990. It seems eminently reasonable to us.

Sorry, my bad, you guys are right. For some reason I had gotten it in my head that the interruption was between Smith/9th and Fort Hamilton Parkway.
> Something’s off…
1 – Applicants probably have to be approved by the co-op board.
2 – There is likely to be a two year limit on the rental, as is typical in many coops.
These two factors could limit the pool of potential renters as well as lengthen the process of getting the place rented.
Been on the market since November though? Something’s off…
Could someone please comment on the F train service interruption at Smith and 9th and how it will impact…oh, nm.
actually Hermanjoshua, your comment is actually the opposite of the truth. the 7th avenue stop is unaffected which is 1 block away from the apartment. It is actually , how another commentator put it, a renting/selling point.
This would be off the 7th ave F train stop so you wouldn’t have service cuts at this station since it’s an express stop. In about two weeks That will be a selling point for this place and others around that stop.
hermanjoshua – This is close to the Seventh Avenue stop, which (I think) is not significantly affected by the upcoming work.
You could still use the 7th Ave. Stop. Are interruptions planned there too?
link fixed! thank you
